This 1BR, 1BA apartment is in a charming home built in 1920 and located in the heart of 12 South, steps away from many of the city's best restaurants & boutique shopping. It is a private unit with a full kitchen, bath, and backyard - all yours! The only shared space is the walkway up to the front door. There is a pet fee associated for those who bring pets. The owner has a dog of their own so please let us know if you bring you one :)

This is a perfect stay for couples in town for a relaxing weekend, professionals here for work, or parents visiting students at the nearby Vanderbilt, Belmont or Lipscomb campuses.

This is a one-of-a-kind, private unit on the first floor of a larger home that is occupied by the homeowner (me!), my husband, and my dog.

The space includes two queen size beds - one in the bedroom, one pullout couch in the living room.

The unit has been furnished and decorated with love and is perfect for anyone who is looking for a space with beautiful exposed brick, slightly uneven wood floors and plenty of character.

You will have access to the entirety of Unit A and the private backyard. If needed, the driveway will be available for guest parking.

The apartment and primary residence share a front walkway so it is possible for us to cross paths coming in and out but your privacy is my priority unless requested otherwise.
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
