Clean and modern, but lacking hospitality.

The room was modern and clean. The hotel itself was clean and modern as well. All hotel staff we interacted with were less than friendly. Check out was at 11, but we had someone knocking on our door at 9:15 saying “housekeeping!” with each series of knocks til we finally woke up from our slumber and went to the door to say, “We are still in here!” Definitely annoying to be woken up earlier than you intended when on a getaway trip. Price wasn’t bad for the room / area though.

This place exceeds expectations! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home! It smelled so good in the lobby! Front desk employee was extremely friendly and welcoming! Check in was quick and efficient. She asked if would be using the pull out couch so she could send us with clean sheets, blankets, and pillows. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. 10/10!
