clean and great location

Hotel staff were helpful and able to check us in earlier because the room was ready early. Helpful desk staff, had a band-aide when we needed one. The breakfast is not included with the stay so we did not try it. Location was amazing, only a short walk away from lower Broadway and local restaurants. The lobby have a mini general store and gift shop which was a nice touch if you needed something small. The room was clean and cozy. The mini fridge did not work properly and when staff were asked about it we were told that the temp of the mini fridge is not supposed to be a typical fridge temperature but they would have their maintenance look at it; nothing was resolved about the mini fridge not working properly. Water was only kept slightly below room temperature while being in the fridge the entire stay. Also the ice machine on the floor was broken but staff provided a key to access another floor for that ice machine. Overall, enjoyed the stay/room, the location is perfect and would stay again

The front desk said that my card got declined twice but I had a hold on my account for the full amount. They wanted another card saying the first one didn’t work. Gave them my son’s card. Old me they didn’t charge his card was just added to the room. Then his card also got charged for my full room charge. Went to ask them to fix it they said to dispute it with the bank but it should fall off nothing they could do. Mind you I had $4800 in charges for 1 room held against both cards the entire time I was in Nashville, not ok!
