The room was clean but we had ladybugs. It is that time of year. Staff was very nice. Disappointed when we went to get breakfast and you no longer had pancakes biscuits and gravey and eggs. The first morning we didn’t get anything because there were basketball players there and had wiped out everything. The hotel was completely booked.

The room didn’t have the heat on with 29’ weather the room never warmed up past 67-the attending clerk came up & check heater his reply was “wow it is really cold in here”we had a 10 month old, 10 & 9 yr old! Apparently there where no other rooms - we slept in sweatpants so bundled up extremely disappointed!!!!!!!

We escaped to this hotel during the recent ice storm and were pleased with nearly everything about it. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for me to do work with my husband there. The walls are a bit thin; the guest(s) in the room next door ran the TV loudly all night the first night we were there. Also, the bathroom could have benefitted from some additional counter space, and the toilet had no lid. But the staff was super kind, friendly and helpful. It was perfect for our needs at the time.

The staff was exceptionally nice. My husband, Daughter and kids had to spend a night away from home because of adverse weather conditions. The staff took really good care of us especially the lady at the front desk. Thank you for a great experience 😊

Hotel was good. Check-in guy, not so much. I had booked as “pay at hotel” and when i arrived, they had charged two separate charges on my card before check-in, and argued with me about checking in on my AmEx. Once they did check me in on my Amex, they successfully overdraft my entire bank account otherwise. Im not happy. I didnt even get to leave my room.
