The hotel is adjacent to historic venues which being ultra clean and modern. The management is friendly and efficient, so much so that we have stayed in this particular hotel at least six times in the last few years.

I didnt like aloft taking $50 exra dollars from me saying It was a deposit on the room bit never returning it. Just $50 but its the the principle of it that concerns me.

Convenient to mall, interstate and venues I was visiting while in town. The entertainment in the evening was great, service by staff was extremely professional. Highly recommend if you are in the Spring Hill/Franklin area!

We could not stay because the hotel overbooked. Horrible customer service. We did get our next hotel room reimbursed
