This 5 bed (7 sleeping room) + 5 bath home has a Traditional Four Square/Craftsman exterior with an ultra contemporary yet comfortable interior. The exceptional details in this well appointed home will add luxury to your Nashville experience. In this 3 story home you are welcome to enjoy the first level with it’s open eat-in kitchen and separate dining area with spacious living room equipped with flat screen and sectional sofa. You may prefer the more private second story with large bedrooms, lavish bathrooms, and a covered porch, or if you are looking to get away and have fun, the house’s third story penthouse is equipped with its own kitchenette/bar, fireplace, another living area, a sectional sofa and a separate bedroom and bathroom. Free wifi included.

The 12th South area is known for it's restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and bars, as well as it's beautiful park with joggers and young families, and great art and music culture.

Leave your car parked and check out The Smiling Elephant, Bella Napoli Pizzeria, Burger Up, Chago's Cantina, and Edgehill Café. Our home is also a walk away from Belmont University and Vanderbilt University, Hillsboro Village, Music Row, and a 5 minute drive to downtown Nashville.

Great Spot close to Nashville Downtown

Came here with a group of friends (10) total. Plenty of Space to hang, lots of sleeping options and under a 10 min Uber to downtown Nashville. Great place would recommend. Host is easy to work with

Great for big groups

My friends and I had a great time staying at this rental during our time in Nashville! The third story living area was the perfect place for all of us to hangout before going downtown. Ubers were easy to find and not too expensive! I definitely recommend this listing if you’re a big group looking to have a good time during your stay in Nashville!

Great stay

House was great. Our party shrunk a bit from my original booking down to 13. There was beds for everyone and more to spare. Well stocked with towels and other essentials. Communication was good with the owner. A little vague on the check out procedures but we just tidied up and threw a load of towels in the wash. Location was great. Ubers downtown were cheap as we were only a couple miles away. Airport uber was 15-20 minute ride and around $20. Cool game room with ping pong table on the 3rd floor where we spent most of our downtime. Nice kitchen and dining room if you want to prepare your own meals. Not sure about pots and pans and such as we never ate in. Publix was couple miles down the street and a quick mart within walking distance. All in all a perfect setup for us.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOUSE!

While at a concert downtown (which we took an Uber to) our house was broken into. All key fobs were in the house, they stole 3 of our cars, multiple laptops and other valuables. This particular house has been hit at least 3 times that we know of. This is an issue not just for this house but for multiple properties around Nashville! Thieves are very familiar with which homes are vacation homes. Spend the extra money and rent a hotel with added security! Between filing claims, getting rental cars, filing police reports and now dealing with insurance I would gladly pay the extra cost for a hotel with security! BEWARE!

Nice Place But Unfortunate Events

My friends and I stayed here for a bachelor party last weekend July 29-31. Overall, the house suited our group veery well and was great for a large group. There were plenty of bed arrangements and also tables for games. It was clean and overall a good spot. However, we were enjoying the town and Nashville but unfortunately Saturday night the house was broken into and quite a bit of our stuff was stolen (car keys, laptops, rental cars etc..). It was a very unfortunate end to what otherwise was a great trip. VRBO should require the owner adjust security on the home.

Great for a big group

We had 6- 20 somethings and 8 more "mature" folks. The "youngsters stayed in the penthouse and loved having their own space. 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms were fantastic. Living room could use more seating. Loved the location. Easy Uber/Lyft rides around town.

Amazing

I highly recommend this place. The house was spacious, fit large groups as there was 11 of us. Every room had their own bathroom attached or beside, 3 floors, a beautiful wrap around deck on the 2nd floor, big beautiful kitchen. Close enough to downtown that the guys often road scooters to and from downtown. Would use this rental again at our next Nashville trip and highly recommend to others travelling with large groups. We had zero issues/complaints with our stay.

Perfect house close to everything!

My family group of 16 had a wonderful time at this house in Nashville! We were there for a wedding and it was close to downtown the wedding venues, and the universities. Great parking, fully stocked with everything you need and an excellent host who was flexible with check in time and communication. We would quite happily stay there again!
