The breakfast in the lobby was lack luster with prepackaged feel. There was no changes in the menu from day to day but there were enough options to keep one happy. Go for the waffle though because it was great. The kitchen in the room was nice but was never used. The refrigerator/freezer came in handy but the ice maker was not working. The layout of the room and the space was awesome. The housekeeping staff were EXCEPTIONAL. Only issue is that to Uber around town was quite expensive and I would recommend staying within walking distance to your desired area.

Overall good property. However, a few items I take issue with: 1) tall chairs in the room were in need of recovering or replacement, terribly worn; 2) the bar was not open Saturday evening, we wanted to watch a 6:30 football game; 3) was up early letting my wife sleep in, went to lobby at 6:00 AM and asked for the lobby tv to be turned on and the answer was “that cannot be done until 7:00”…

My problem is with the billing !!! I booked through Expedia and paid with my card 176.46 Total. Then when I arrived to check in they wanted my card again and I have been charged 50.00 by Residence Inn then another 160.00 and then another 97.41 all by Residence Inn for a total of over 480.00 and I am extremely frustrated

Great price for value. Comfortable

The price for value was on point. The breakfast choices were wonderful with enough healthy options. The warm breakfast options were also nice. We had some trouble with our room and the staff on Duty got us relocated super fast. I believe Sofia was on of the staff members. She was wonderful and so was her colleague. Parking was ample and simple. Close enough to broadway. I’d stay here again for sure.
