Relax with your whole family in this tranquil lodging. Rhythm and Rye, a three-bedroom modern boho retreat, takes inspiration from East Nashville's artistic ambiance, nestled in one of the city's hippest neighborhoods. Just a quick 5-minute drive to 5 Points and 10 minutes to Broadway!
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay.
Our home, meticulously built and adorned in 2019, was crafted with travelers and guests in mind. Whether your stay is for business, pleasure, or a mix of both, we're excited to open our exquisite space to you. Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
East Hideaway is situated in a residential neighborhood; we kindly ask that you respect our friends and neighbors throughout your stay.
Parking: Guests must park in the garage, which has room for 2 SUV's. The HOA is "booting" cars that 1) park in the designated community guest area without paying or 2) park half-in, half-out of the garage.
There is no overnight parking on the community parking lot. You will get towed
We had a great stay at this property! The location was fantastic, just a short ride share away from Broadway, which was a huge plus. One of the key features we were looking for was a garage, and this property had a large one, which worked perfectly for us. However, I would recommend being cautious when backing in, as there is some HVAC ductwork that, if not noticed, could potentially hit the trunk of an SUV. It wasnât a big deal for us, but itâs something to keep in mind.There were a few minor issues with the property, which we brought to the owners' attention via their survey. A few lights were out or had missing covers, and there were some stains on the blinds in one of the rooms. The property was generally clean, though it could benefit from a deeper cleaning, as we noticed some dust and dirt in the corners and along the baseboards. That said, we understand that maintaining a property that sees a lot of visitors can be challenging.Overall, I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. It was a great spot, with several local bars within walking distance (although we didnât have a chance to visit them). Would definitely consider staying here again!
