What a treat my family had! It’s our first time in Nashville and the view of the property is amazing. I’m from a small town so when I say amazing it is. Along with the view the staff were very friendly and gave a great welcoming :) From the view to friendly staff, to walking into your luxury comfort room was the best! Thank you

The good the bad and the ugly

Check in was quick and amazing the staff was very nice on the front end. However the restaurant staff was not friendly I had two occasions where they were rude to my children the event that was going on at the hotel was geared towards so for the staff at the restaurant to be rude for them asking for ranch dressing or trying to order food. Also NO MICROWAVES in the rooms so it was no way of warming food unless u used the ONE community one in the lobby.

The most terrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. The rooms also had a faint urine and cigarette smell. Bathrooms were sub-par. Could barely get anyone at the front desk to answer, no matter what time I called. Front desk workers were also very dishonest and rude about certain questions.
