They canceled my reservation, the hotel is saying Travelocity canceled it , Travelocity is saying the hotel canceled it , no one wants to claim responsibility, the manager kept trying to say it could have been a bad credit card over and over even though the credit card worked just fine for everything else , Travelocity said the hotel canceled my reservation bc I wasn’t there at 4 pm for check in , the hotel said they didn’t , but I was a no show even though I drove 5 hours and was there at 9 pm and was sent away bc there was no rooms available

The only downfall was the other guests being loud and banging doors in the middle of the night to wee hours of the morning. The breakfast was grand. Dont use the Monarch transportation, you are better off using Uber/Lift.

We had since initial issues that were rectified by staff. Essentially the first room we were given smelled like wet dog/mildew and was absolutely unbreathable. Unsure if there is a leak in the building or if dehumidifiers are needed. They promptly placed us in another room. Overall there needs to be some upgrades/updates made but staff was incredibly friendly and we felt safe.

The room was clean except for the spider. Breakfast had a nice selection. Street traffic was a little noisy but bearable. Overall it was a very nice place. Roomy in the entrance/breakfast area.

Booked for ease near the airport. Bed was comfortable, some wear around the edges of the room, the warm breakfast was great.Fitness centre is a bonus, dumbbells and a squirt bottle with cleaning solution for the equipment would be beneficial.
