We were unfairly charged an extra $50 just for checking in at 1:30 PM, even though check-in was supposedly at 2:00 PM—charging that much for being 30 minutes early is ridiculous and feels like a money grab. On checkout day, hotel security aggressively banged on our door at 11:00 AM, threatening us with an additional $200 fee if we didn’t leave immediately. Security stood outside yelling that our time was up, creating a hostile and frightening environment. The staff behavior throughout our 4-day stay was consistently rude, unprofessional, and threatening. This place may look nice, but the treatment we received completely ruined the experience. I would never stay here again and strongly warn others to avoid it.

The apartment was very cool and in a great location but there were a few drawbacks including missing blinds so the room wouldn't get all the way dark at night, a very slow draining sink, and some holes in the couch. Still though, incredibly cool place and I'd stay again.

This is a beautiful property in a great location, close enough to walk all over Broadway, Church Street, and Printer's Row, yet far enough to be very quiet. The fitness, pool, and hot tub amenities were fantastic, although we wwre initially told by cleaning ataff they were only seasonal. I'm glad we checked for ourselves! The only reason i didnt give an o eral 5 star rating was be suse there was no sofa in our apartment. Pictures all showed sofas. Since i was traveling with my son, we like our separate spaces. Thankfully the bed was a king size, but sharing it with a 37 year old son was a bit awkward. Better descriptions of living room sleeping options is needed.

Had a great stay! Very friendly staff. Everything is in walking distance. The room was clean and had an excellent view from the higher balcony’s. I would definitely recommend! Ps each parking ticket per day is $54.88 per day, But it’s so easy it’s worth it.
