A cozy coffee spot, Makai, and Smoothie King are just a block away. Within a short drive or a leisurely 10-15 minute walk, you'll discover fantastic restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Some of our favorite spots in Edgehill include Barcelona and Sadieâs. Walk in the other direction and you'll find yourself in the heart of the 12th South neighborhood, with gems like Lady Bird Tacos, Fonda, The Buttermilk Ranch, and Burger Up.

Please note: This home features three floors of interior living space, with the rooftop terrace located on the 4th floor. There are multiple flights of stairs throughout the home. The main living area and kitchen are located on the second floor, so guests should be comfortable navigating stairs during their stay.
Infrared Sauna: Please allow 30â60 minutes for the sauna to fully heat up, especially during periods of extreme outdoor temperatures.
The garage has been transformed into a stylish bonus space featuring a sauna, Peloton bike, and ping pong table. The ping pong table easily folds and rolls aside to make room for a parked car if needed. Ample street parking is available nearby.

This place is about 8 minutes from all the exiting spots in downtown. The home is spacious and the hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. I would stay with them again.
We had a wonderful reunion and enjoyed the property. The place was pretty clean and had most of the amenities we needed. We would caution those that prefer a quiet spot as there were quite a few party animals close by with loud music and screaming on a couple of nights until early morning hours. Of note, the bedrooms did not look like the pictures. Basically mattresses placed on the floor to accommodate more people as we had 6 in our party. As such, there was nowhere to put our luggage and the 5 hangers above the washer dryer were not enough to hang our clothes up. The deck up top was nice, but not set up like the pictures. The furniture was covered and there wasnât a straw mat and the furniture and flooring could use a good power wash. We certainly could have set it up ourselves, but typically have enjoyed everything set up and ready for us. I think the arrangements here are more conducive to college kids looking for a place to party. We were a group of 60 year olds and probably not ideal for us, but we did enjoy the main area and the kitchen was well stocked with amenities. Check in and communication was easy. All in all we had a great time and appreciate the opportunity.
Everything about the house was perfect!!! I wish we had gone with warm weather to enjoy the outdoors. If we come back I will stay in the same place!! Amazing!!
Steps, steps & more steps! Overall a nice property
Overall this property was very nice. Located next to a very sketchy area & quite a walk to downtown, so Uber's are are must! The condition of the property is a little tired but it served our needs well enough. Dealing with the property manager was extremely easy.
We had a wonderful weekend in Nashville. The property is close to everything - Midtown, South Broadway, 12th South and Museums! The owner was very engaged and helpful during the entire process. We highly recommend this property!
