Spacious 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood only minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes to downtown. Our house can accommodate larger groups or families with kids. The rec room has a bar and an air hockey table. Right outside the rec room doors is a patio and a hot tub for some relaxation. Security camera's at front door and back door for your safety. There are tons of restaurants close by along with Walgreens and other convenience stores. Relax @ Nash Nest. Military and first responders discount.

Great stay, the house was just as described which is always a plus! The only surprise we had was there was a fake snake on the chair next to the entry door which sent me into freak out! LolAfter I ran to the car my friends saved me and told me it was fake and there multiple lying around! But the house was great and hot tub was a great way to unwind!

The house overall was great. The neighbors dogs barking all morning starting around 5am was just one issue. The hot tub was malfunctioning the 1st night. The owner mentioned that it must have been leaking and the manager would fix it. The water looked like it had been leaking for a long time due to all the algae growing on the outside of gazebo. Bring some flip flops for the downstairs bathroom.

Was looking for a place close to Broadway for a bachelorette trip and found this gem. Love this house. Perfect size for all of us girls and super close to Broadway. Had no problems getting Ubers or lifts. The hot tub was amazing! House was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Large Group Paradise

This was probably my personal favorite rental home/property I’ve stayed at. My friends and I were here for several nights for a Bachelor party and couldn’t have asked for anything more. The entire home was gorgeous. Hot tub was great, air hockey table was fun. More than enough space and places to sleep. Bella was a fantastic host who went above and beyond. It’s in a perfect location relative to the airport and downtown. Ubers were super affordable and convenient. Thankful for the opportunity to have been able to use this home!

Nash Nest exceeded our expectations!

We recently travelled to Nashville with another family for our Spring Break and stayed at the Nash Nest. This place was perfect for our needs and we honestly have zero complaints whatsoever! The host Bella was super responsive
the home was wonderful and offered plenty of space for the adults and kids to all have a great time without feeling crammed
 and the location was great - we were within a 10-30 minute drive of everywhere we wanted to go in the area. Much recommended!

Convenient location and cozy house

Stayed for a long weekend boys trip and do not have any complaints. The listing was accurate and clean, the owner was very nice and easy to get a hold of. Only a hop, skip, and a jump to the airport and downtown.
