Getting the room was a problem waiting for 3hrs and no free coupons for the bar or nothing, breakfast need improvement staff half of them were nice the other half had arritude problem and the room needs improvement and the bathroom plumbing, i thought i was in a cruise with smell from the pipes and the shower water..

Our stay was great! Such a great deal with a spacious room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and access to Atlantis. The beds are really tiny, but that would be the only negative.

Staff were courteous, the room was nice and clean. However, there was a very strong smell of mold and chemicals in the hall. Breakfast was good, but sometimes there wasn't enough and you had to wait.

Staff was nice. Pool area was quite good (crisp). Appreciated the 2 double beds + the fold-out couch. Worked well for our family, 2 parents and 2 teens. The rooms were musty, and lamps at bedside broken. Patio doors locks broken. Air conditioning was louder than a jet. Restaurant not good. Only reason getting average score is because the people (staff) were nice and friendly. We will never stay again

The staff was great, the breakfast was amazing. On the downside, our toilet was not flushing well, the sliding door out the back of our room kept going off track and was difficult to lock and the fan in our room didn't work. I think these types of problems are unanimous in the country. I would stay there again.
