WHITE HOUSE has 4,500 sq. f., offering you twice as much space as any other Palm Cay rental unit. Its spaciousness flows over 3 levels with 5 bedrooms, 4,5 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children (up to 12 yrs. of age) in absolute luxury.

A 1,200' long white sand beach is right behind the balcony door, you are just few steps away from having your feet in the water. Decorated with elegance and style the house will welcome you with modern and comfortable designer furniture.

The Master Bedroom located on the second floor features a king size bed, a large private balcony and a spacious bathroom with marble countertops, double sized walk-in shower and a jacuzzi spa tub with chromatherapy! Wake up and have a look on the beautiful ocean while you are still laying in the bed, take a shower or bath and enjoy the beautiful scenery - turquoise water and palm trees.

The two more bedrooms situated on the second floor have their private en-suites.

The third floor offers two communicating bedrooms (king size bed + two chair-beds, optimal for family with children) with two ocean facing balconies and a large media/play area with an office corner and an additional sleeping area (queen sized sofa-bed and full futon).

All bedrooms are equipped with designer fans, memory foam mattresses and all bathrooms have jetted tub or air bath.

The open concept kitchen is a chef's playground with all one could ask for, including a 48" Kitchen Aid gas range, 4 ovens, 2 dishwashers and a 5K Kinetico Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System linked to the kitchen Isle faucet and to the refrigerator for ice & cold water. There is no other extra resort fees, beside, you will have access to all Palm Cay’s amenities, you can of course use the Starfish Isle beach and pool at any time, the restaurant and Starbucks coffee.
There is an additional rental fee to be paid To Palm Cay for use of water equipment such as kayaks, jet skis, paddle boards and tennis racquets/balls.
