At check-in it was great!! The yound lady was nice & friendly,she told us our room was almost ready & we could check in early mind you this is about 11:45am so we went & got lunch came back around 3:30 ask if our room was ready new lady at the desk said no so we sat & waited it was may be 4:30 our bell hop walked passed us and said your rooms not ready we said no he went and talked to a lady they came out and said your room has been ready. For one of the best hotel you don't get what you paid for, you say 2 restaurants you need more!!! Inside of the hotel the bathroom has chip paint on the doors, room service comes after noon,we sat on the beach & pool not one person not one person offer a drink or food.

Room was spotless, service was great. The whole vibe is very relaxing. Oia was delicious. Likely the most enjoyable meals we had during our stay and we ate 3 nights off the property. Will be back!
