This luxury 18th floor penthouse level condo with 2 large ensuite bedrooms/attached bathrooms is managed by Navarre Beach Vacations, the only onsite management company at Beach Colony Resort

This unit is appropriate for ADULTS AND CHILDREN OVER 12 PLEASE.
Maximum capacity 5.

Resort Amenities include pool (NOT HEATED), fitness center, reserved/covered parking, private beach walk over and MORE.

This condo comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. It is beautifully furnished, all of the amenities of home and more. Beautiful and comfortable living room furniture will make for great evening gatherings. You can enjoy mornings and evenings on one of the most spectacular balconies on Navarre Beach with a full ocean view. This condo has all well-furnished bedrooms; 1 King in the primary ensuite, and 2 full size beds in the second ensuite bedroom to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Unlike some, you will enjoy COMPLIMENTARY BEACH CHAIR SERVICE is provided daily (March -Oct), includes two chairs and one umbrella. Additional sets are available to purchase. Relax and enjoy, BEACH TOWELS & COOLER are provided too! $315 value. Additional chairs and umbrella sets can be rented on the beach from LaDolce Vida.

Guest will find a complimentary gift upon arrival in the unit and two (2) parking permits.

Beach Colony Resort is an awesome beach retreat that offers several amenities. These include a community pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, you will spend your days splashing in the emerald green ater. Later, venture out into Navarre beach and try out surfing, fishing, parasailing, or paddle boarding for a day of fun in the sun.

This condo is beautifully decorated. Amazing porch with view of gulf and very comfortable loungers. Walking distance to 3 restaurants. Storage for beach chairs and bikes. Navarre is wonderful biking. Kitchen is well stocked ! Just wonderful overal.

All that was promised


This condo truly was all that was promised. The home did not disappoint and was better than expected. Very well appointed and absolutely every detail was covered. We were in need of nothing. The host was great to work with. The view of the beach and ocean was beautiful and the balcony was my favorite place to sit. We hope to come back and reserve the same property!

Most Beautiful Views Ever!

We had an AMAZING stay at the penthouse condo! My mom and I surprised my sister for her 50th B day with this vacation. From the start everything was flawless from booking, communication with the host, check in and the stay! DeeAnna was great to work with and we had zero issues. From the second you walk in the door you know that its going to be a great vacation. The condo was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need to stay in and cook which we did most of the week.....but the views from that amazing balcony were the icing on the cake!!! We spent so much time out there, the furniture is so comfortable and we ate every meal out side and just relaxed it was wonderful. We also spent a lot of time in the pool which is the best we have ever enjoyed and we take a mother daughters trip every year and the pool in this community is top notch, plus the beach service with the chairs and umbrellas were just what you need for a day on that beautiful beach! I just can not say enough about our stay it was one for the books . We will defiantly be staying here again !

Beautiful view could use some updates with bedding stained yellow sheets which was a major issue along with very old and stained yellow pillows which had dates from when they were purchased which dated back to 2017 mattress covers were also so old they were clumped had to wash everything to feel good about sleeping for the week would definitely go back to this complex but not to this unit you had to be out by 9 am which is to early considering we have rented for 25 years and this was the first but still after all the work before I was comfortable had a great week seeing dolphin sea turtles and tons of jellyfish

Great 4th of July Vacation at Navarre Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were nice. This Penthouse on the 18th floor had spectacular views of the Gulf and we enjoyed seeing the fireworks on the pier from our balcony. This condo made us feel like we were at home.... Very relaxing week. Thanks again! James and Karen

The property was very clean and had plenty of room. The 18th floor feels like it would take for ever to reach but the 3 elevators move very quickly there the wait is very short. Great low key vacation where everyone is very friendly! Most vacation spots no one very says hello. Not here. Very friendly place!

Really enjoyed our stay in Navarre. The condo was perfect with excellent views. The pool at the condo was excellent. DeeAnna was an incredible host. Our only regret was that June grass was in full swing at Navarre during our stay so the water wasn’t great, however, the water at both Pensacola and Destin was perfect and both were only a short drive away from the condo. Definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

We loved our time in Navarre! This condo is very well done and everything we imagined and more! So well equipped with every essential you would want. The property is super clean with easy access. This is a tastefully decorated condo that provided a wonderful escape for us! The balcony was our favorite spot and we enjoyed (when the weather cooperated) sitting and taking in the amazing view. Fun local restaurants within walking distance and a fabulous bike path.
