Im so happy to have found this beautiful property. Staff from the gate to the front desk, the restaurant and the amazing staff. Please know that this was a blessing for me and my husband. It was a peace of mind and we are forever grateful. Massage was awesome Janell thank you. Alison her spirit was uplifting and Vanessa has a beautiful smile. Keep Mr Veron a very humble man. Ricky and the other fornt deak young lady took care of our needs. Also Thank you Dennis our taxi from Java tours he was patient and flexible. Blessings forever. We will be back. Great Stay in Negril

We had a great time at the Ocean Cliff Hotel. Check-in was smooth and the staff was always welcoming. The views from our room and the property in general were amazing. The food was quite tasty and when we ate outside of the venue, there were local dining establishments within minutes. I wish I had taken greater advantage of the hammocks in the early morning hours.

From the moment we arrived at Ocean Cliff, my husband and I felt truly welcomed. The staff greeted us with a complimentary drink and a relaxing massage—such a thoughtful and refreshing start to our stay. Throughout our visit, the service remained exceptional. The team went above and beyond by suggesting local excursions and even making calls to check on availability for us. Everyone we interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to help. The hospitality was genuine and made a lasting impression. We will absolutely be returning—Ocean Cliff is a gem in Negril!

Perfect for couples. Just a short shuttle from the best of 7 mile but just past the hustle and bustle of the area... Rick's is within walking, 7 mile in biking, and of course plenty of transport options to the more popular spots nearby like the Jungle nightclubs, margaritaville, miss lilly's etc. Stay here for the bst value per dollar. Amazing staff food and drinks, private freling while being centrally located, its thr perfct blend and the best palace to be in negril or westend

Ocean cliff property is beyond amazing! This property holds an extremely relaxing nature, with a staff that matches the energy of the hotel. The oceanview cottages (which we were upgraded to) made you feel as if you were in your own little home. Housekeeping kept our room clean everyday clean sheets and towels no question asked. I can’t wait to come back, our servers Shawna Kay, Sain and Ricardo at the bar and went above and beyond, from breakfast by the poolside or at the restaurant looking at the ocean while enjoying the escovitch fish which I had 3x because it was so good. Sashay our morning server was excellent each time. The blue mountain coffee is to a go to. We are frequents in Jamaica ad our first time at Ocean Cliff and it did not disappoint
