Dutchies Sand and Sea Beach House is perfectly positioned just metres away from a short public pathway that leads straight down to the famous Dutchies Beach. You'll be on the sand or in the water in just a couple of minutes! This beach is so popular because it has everything families and beach lovers look for. It's a safe calm water bay beach bookended by rocks just waiting for kids to scramble over and explore. It has beautiful golden sands and large shaded grassy areas with public BBQs and bathroom amenities, plus there's even swings and children’s play equipment. Another bonus is a bike and pedestrian path from Dutchies that winds its way along the coast, through the bush, and takes you straight into the heart of Nelson Bay.

Dutchies Sand & Sea Beach House takes full advantage of its elevated and privileged position, its large north-facing windows and doors afford sparkling blue water views from the master bedroom and air conditioned open plan, split level living areas. Flow out onto the generously sized deck. The deck is furnished with comfy outdoor furniture and a BBQ to cook bacon and egg breakfasts or seafood feasts for lunch and dinner.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and its own little deck, also overlooking the harbour. All three bedrooms have queen sized beds, are beautifully decorated, and are fitted with ceiling fans for your comfort. The living area has a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests if required.

There are two full bathrooms, one has a tub and the laundry has a third toilet as well as a washer and dryer. The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and includes extras like a coffee pod machine, sandwich press, blender and mixer master.

Dutchies Sand & Sea Beach House has all the little extra features and relaxed beachy timber floors throughout, a double garage, an outdoor shower, Foxtel, free Wi-Fi, DVD library, a large esky and even beach chairs.

Some of the luxuries you can enjoy are Platter/Boards, BBQ Packs, Picnics, Breakfast Boxes which can be added when you complete your Guest Agreement. Additional costs apply.

BOND - a refundable bond of $1000 that is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality linen. Doonas with decorative covers, blankets and pillows are also supplied.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 6 adults maximum. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate two children guests 7 & 8 ($100), total maximum guest 8.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION is 3 x Queen and a sofa bed can be added for an extra $100 (children only).

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Sofa Bed $100 per booking with towel, and linen hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
