Padded outdoor lounges on the deck offer the ultimate relaxation location with an unparalleled sense of space.
The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with a wall oven, induction cooktop, microwave, family size fridge/ freezer with chilled water on demand and a dishwasher. A powder room on this lower level offers convenience as does the internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Heading outside and down the external side stairs is the outdoor undercover alfresco area with a huge dining table and chairs to cater for 10 people, gas BBQ and a grass area for children to play. To the left of the yard are steps that lead down to the beautiful Dutchmans Beach and children’s playground – literally everything you could desire is at Sanctuary on Dutchies.
Bedrooms are located on the top floor, a couple of steps up from the entrance level. All bedrooms have ducted air conditioning and built-in robes in this wonderful home. The exceptional master bedroom with private ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity has the bonus of breath-taking views. The main bathroom is also on the top level, featuring a shower over a child size bath hob, toilet, and vanity.
A media room with a large TV, casual living furnishings and ducted air-conditioning is a very welcome additional room on this level.

Family weekend catch up
A great place to stay for everyone to be together. Plenty of room for sleeping and extra spaces to rest and relax. Kitchen was set up with both adults and children’s needs considered and for the large number of guests. Being in close proximity to the beautiful beach and children’s playground and walking path are a massive appeal.

Fantastic location and house
Very impressed - house was clean and well kept. Bbq was dirty though and very rusty. Small things like supplies of dish tablets and loo rolls - costs nothing and makes a huge difference to a stay. Lovely views, comfortable beds and plenty of plates and cutlery
