My room was in very poor condition. It smelled strongly of mold, and I found a used female pad and a dirty towel in the closet. The bed cover had boogers stuck to it, and there were cockroaches present. The carpet was sticky, and several rooms nearby were partying loudly in the hallways. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

Staff was very friendly and did the best they could. 1. Shower no cold water so showers were scolding, room cards kept "not working" Room had a humid musty feel and smell. Rest room had only 1 partially used toilet paper Side entrance door not working.

An absolute terrible experience! Hotel clerk was Not available at all we had to wait over an hour total to even get the guy to come up front to check us in. Then he basically called me a liar and said that we weren't waiting. Which his cameras on the property will prove that we were and I also have video myself. There were boogers on the bathroom walls and the bed side table. The bathtub was filthy and the water in the bathroom sink would not turn off completely and the television did not work We Never received breakfast either days as well. So so disappointed!

Parking was weird , didn’t like the “full breakfast “ they had . Fire alarms went off both nights around 2am in the morning . I could hear people stomping in the middle of the night and staff played it off. Will not be staying here again

This hotel was conveniently located to Texas State, and easy to get the I35.

This hotel is in need of repair and up grade. Spend the extra money and stay else where. The staff was good about correcting issues but will not stay here again. And for the next 4 years i will be here visiting my kid at college .

Upon arrival i found that family who arrived the day prior had asked thst their room be cleaned & then finamly resorted to cleaning it thenselves I checked in and found my bathroom dirty. The outside of the hotel had several broken air-conditioning units. The grass was overgrown. The pool was GREEN. The ceiling had leaks and there were several trash cans out to catch the rain water. I spoke to front desk staff when checking out shortly thereafter & was told all the info would be relayed to management. I was there on site for only an hour or so. The room was not used or disturbed. In addition my son did a check in by email or text and was charged $120. I visited with expedia early the next morning by chat & was advised to call the manager. The manager said she had not been told about any of it. She agreed to refund my rapid reward points for my stay. The $120 for my sOn's room, and a partial refund on the family who artived a day early. I have yet to receive my rapid reward points.

Hotel is not at all like what it looks like in pictures we found small roaches in our room fire alarm went off at midnight front desk said they were resetting it why would they do that at night when ppl are sleeping! We kept smelling cigarette smoke in the hall it was awful. My kids wanted to get in the pool and that was a big NO it was green dirty with algae. I would not recommend this place at all!
