Our room was never cleaned or bed wasn’t made up. No cleaning staff available. Our trash was taken out and clean towels were left and that was the extent of it . Our floor needed vacuuming and it NEVER was the entire time we were there.

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. The mattress had lumps in it.
