Welcome to Unit 202!

This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

Located on the "no drive" section of New Smyrna Beach, you'll enjoy easy beach access to some of the clearest water and best surf on Florida's Atlantic coast. Condo features a king size bed in master bedroom, single pull out chair bed and pull out sleeper sofa in living room for accommodations of up to five people. Wireless internet and Premier Cable TV is provided.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor of the complex.

week at the beach

Very pleased with this property. Very clean and just the right size for the 2 of us. It had every thing we need for the stay including wonderful weather. Everyone we met were friendly.
