The amenities include in unit washer and dryer, 3 TV's, internet / WiFi, and cable TV in living room and master bedroom, streaming in guest bedroom. Enjoy the oceanfront pool, shuffleboard and lounging, gas grills poolside, and friendly staff that keep the grounds tidy and trim. You will want to come back year after year!
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Overall Good Trip, Excellent Property
Hacienda del Sol II is an excellent property. It was super clean, the pool was very nice and clean, the beach area was a short walk and very convenient, and the overall location is close to town and nice. I would highly recommend the property.
This condo in particular wasn’t as nice as the property as a whole but it was pretty good. There was definitely room for improvement in cleanliness (sand covered floors, tables, and counters upon check-in and floors felt dirty) but everything else felt clean. The windows also didn’t lock in the bedrooms which was concerning, but luckily the property as a whole felt really safe.
On a positive side, the condo was really spacious and had a great pool and ocean view. It was pretty windy during our trip and the location of this condo in the building was perfect because the building blocked the wind but we could sit on the spacious balcony and still enjoy the sun. Parking was very easy and convenient. The property also had a pack n play we could use for our baby which saved us a ton of hassle and was much appreciated. Communication was great also.
