10/10 — We had such an amazing stay! This property was absolutely perfect for our family of six. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably, while still feeling cozy and connected. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we needed, yet still peaceful and relaxing. It made getting around so easy, whether we were heading out for the day or just enjoying time together.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for families. We truly felt at home the entire time. The host was also wonderful—very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly, which made the whole experience even smoother. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Great Stay!

The property was clean & spacious with a cute coastal decor. As a family of 5, the kids each had their own bed & no one had to sleep on the pull out couch. The kids loved the direct access to the beach via the pool deck. New Smyrna Beach was a great beach town … we appreciated that so many amenities were in close proximity to the Pelican. Would rent again!
