This cozy Villa has 1 bedroom PLUS loft, and is directly across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean in the small inviting community of Seaside Villas. Community offers a seasonally heated pool and beach walkover. The Seaside Village is a small complex right across the street from the beautiful non drive section of the beach. This complex has its own private beach walk-over and heated pool (seasonal). Guests are also within walking distance to shopping and dining. Sorry no pets allowed. New Smyrna Beach Just an hour’s drive from Orlando, New Smyrna Beach offers a lovely drive-on Atlantic coast beach – much like that of Daytona Beach, but quieter and with a feeling of an historic hometown. New Smyrna Beach has loads of little shops and cafes, and a thriving arts community, and its beaches are wide and flat with golden-hued sands. Its Apollo Beach is part of the extensive Canaveral National Seashore that continues to the south, all-natural and minimally developed. Also, don’t miss the historic New Smyrna Beach Sugar Mill Ruins. Oh, did we mention that New Smyrna Beach has been named to National Geographic’s list of the World's 20 Best Surf Towns?

Easy access apartment with everything we needed to enjoy our beach fun,.

The toilet started running a few nights into our visit and the property manager was alerted by an owner of the home owners association. The problem was fixed before we could say anything! The unit was in a quiet complex. The coffee maker had not been emptied since the last visitor and the coffee holder was full of moldy coffee grounds. I liked this property because the apartment was accessible without using stairs, it was close to the parking area., which is great for carrying suitcases and moving family members with ambulatory limitations. It has a washer and dryer in the unit which is awesome. I would definitely stay there again.

Just right for 2 people.

The villa was cute and just right for 2 people. The deck was shaded enough to make it pleasant any time of the day. Its convenient location near a traffic stop crosswalk made it a short and safe walk to the beach. Also, located nearby was a small shopping center with a market and a couple of nice restaurants. We would definitely stay there again.

A HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER !!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful location for two weeks not long after hurricane Matthew. The accommodation was superb, very clean and tidy and well appointed. It was also very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed our time in Florida the beach walks in particular were wonderful. It was good to be able to wear shorts and summer clothing at this time of year which is not normal in England where we live.

Very cozy and relaxing spot.

Our family enjoyed our stay. Everything is very close by and the beach is right across the road. The unit was clean and well stocked. Glynis was attentive to any concerns we had. My husband already misses the download speed of the internet there. I just miss the quiet, relaxing feeling of the place. We would love to stay there again.
