Party’s are not allowed. Pool is closed from 10 pm to 8 am to allow for quiet time. Security Cameras are used in the pool, stairs and parking lot
Smoking are by Grills and picnic tables and back patio only , smoking is not permitted in the unit. 200.00 clean fee if smoke is detected inside.
Linens are provided, but only the beach towels are for use in the pool or beach areas. White towels must be kept in the condo.

Wonderful stay at New Smyrna Beach

Thank you deeply for the stay, it was wonderful. The condo was fully equipped for our needs. In the kitchen, we could easily cook our meals with the numerous apparatus accessible! Besides, the condo being right next to the beach was a big wow!! We could enjoy the beautiful sunrises and take long walks on the seashore! The area was remarkably quiet, clean and beautiful. Also, the community of New Smyrna Beach was welcoming and friendly. All essential services were available (grocery stores, pharmacies, organic food stores), which was very helpful for people like us with specific dietary needs. Moreover, the hosts provided us all the necessary information ahead of time and were easily reachable if needed. We felt at home. We will definitely come back!

This property is fantastic. Stephanie has stocked it with anything a guest could need, even a sewing kit! The bed was wonderful and the condo had plenty of room and a cute little balcony.Stephanie is an excellent communicator and will return phone calls, etc. promptly.Overall a fabulous place to stay and I will be back.

Condo Great; building some issues

The unit itself was beautiful and cozy. We had some issues with the digital lock; we had to input the code a few times before it worked. Parking at the condo building is less than ideal - there is minimal parking out front, and there is no crosswalk across the road to the secondary lot. The building needs some maintenance. Location to the beach and restaurants is amazing.

A week on the beach.

My partner and I stayed here for a week. A home away from home. The owners were excellent to work with. The location was ideal.. morning sunrise walks, a nice beach bar close by, a pool with loungers on site, and nice gas grills. We loved our stay and will be back!

Wonderful condo. Only issue was drive on beach was quite busy on Saturday and Sunday. The beach was beautiful, condo unit was amazing, great communication from host. It was an amazing stay. Many great restaurants in the area. Both Flagler Avenue and downtown New Smyrna were a close drive.

Great location

Beautifully updated space. Had everything you need for your visit from toiletries, beach necessities, kitchen appliances and utensils. Property managers check in with you throughout your stay. Location is great with just walking to the beach and not having to worry about parking anywhere. Was a very busy weekend but the place quotes down at night.

Beautiful condo for two

While the complex is a bit dated, don't be fooled. This condo is adorable inside and perfect for two people. It was incredibly well appointed. The bed was comfortable and there was a selection of pillows to, like Goldilocks, get the perfect one. It had everything we needed to enjoy our visit to NSB. We were there to visit family but took time each day to walk the beach and swim in the pool. We would definitely book again.My only comment to potential renters, make sure you have the building security code handy as well as the room code when checking in. We checked in after dark in a storm and my old eyes had a hard time finding the building code.

Gorgeous Condo

It was so easy to book this condo for the week we wanted. The condo we stayed in is updated, nicely decorated and gorgeous! Very homey with everything you’d need from home. It had a 12 Cup coffee maker (which was important to us). Large TV’s which was nice for watching March Madness! Back patio was nice to sit and relax while having a cup of coffee or glass of wine. The condo has beach towels to use if you didn’t bring your own. The best part, Stephanie and Craig were so easy to communicate with us during our stay!! Highly recommend staying in 303!!

The condo was first class, really tastefully appointed with everything you need for a great stay. Right on the beach with a couple of superb restaurants within walking distance. Dealing with Stephanie was super easy, the whole experience from start to finish was top notch. Go ahead and book this place, you won’t be disappointed. We would have stayed another week if we could.
