Very clean and well stocked with bath towels , pool towels as well as sheets. Pool and pool area very clean although pool area could use some more lounge chairs by the pool. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Had a bit of a problem with one of the power boxes and maintenance came by the next day to replace it, but prior to me not getting a response to emails I had to call and leave a message for action to be taken on the issue.

Perfect for a single dad and two toddlers.

Best apple peeler I’ve ever used. Kitchen was well equipped. I actually order the same Kohl’s trash can for my house once I got home. Pools were well maintained. And so close to the beach.

Great location and property!

We have been coming to New Smyrna for years and have stayed at Sea Coast Gardens II twice and love the location. You are close to restaurants and shops but far enough away that the beach and roadways are safe. We were thrilled with the cleanliness of the property. Not a bug in site and everything was spotless! Our teenage daughter loved the extra "bed" in the converted closet and said she was super comfy in that room for the week. It was also great to be ground floor and steps from the pool and walkway to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location - Nice Unit

Loved the Condo & location. It was clean & well maintained overall. Only disappointment was that the VRBO add did NOT disclose the construction that was taking place. After we paid in full we were sent a disclosure to sign re: Construction of the deck/sea wall. We asked for a discount (since there were other Complexes that I purposely avoided that advertised ongoing construction & yet they offered a discounted rate to compensate) No where in the VRBO Listing did they disclose construction. It was nice to have our own designated parking spot & loved that it was close to grocery store. We would consider staying there again as I’m sure the sea wall will be complete w/in next few months.
