Amazing Stay - Don’t Hesitate!

This condo was everything we wanted and more. Kelly, the host, was responsive and friendly, and she went above and beyond for our family. The view was spectacular - you have views of the beach and ocean from the balcony, kitchen, and living room. We would love to stay again if we find ourselves back in Florida. Thank you, Kelly!

Amazing!

We loved this place! Beautiful view and a great location! It had the perfect amount of space for us, and the view from the balcony was awesome. My daughter loved the games and movie selections that were there. We would definitely stay there again.

The entire property was perfect for our family of 4 my daughters friend. Everything was exactly as listed. Kellie was extremely flexible & I looked to book again for next year but unfortantely for us and fortantely for them, the place was already booked!

Fantastic property

The condominium was clean, beautiful and in a fantastic location. The host provided everything you needed for a relaxing stay and the on-site property managers were awesome. We’ve been coming to New Smyrna for several years; this was the best place we’ve stayed at!

Incredible view!

Wonderful, 2 bed, 2 bath unit with large balcony and incredible endless view of the ocean! VERY comfortable bed and can sleep listening to the waves. Watch the sunrise from the master bedroom or anywhere in the open floor plan main room. Full kitchen with everything I needed. Plush beach towels, chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Host thought of everything!! It's just an elevator ride and a few steps to the beach. Large utility room with washer and dryer. There's a Dollar General grocery store with everything you need just down the street. I didn't want to leave and will definitely be back!!

Awesome View and Location

Awesome location on New Smyrna Beach. Pictures do not do it justice. Easy access to pool and ocean, Beautiful scenery, clean property. Lots of good restaurants nearby.

What A View

Ocean front condo with a 7th floor view of the Atlantic. The listing was accurate. We enjoyed the local restaurants. Try the Boston Fish House just two miles north. The sea food sampler was amazing.

Friendly clean condo

Condo located on 7th floor with full ocean view. Lots of games, sand toys, chairs, and a surfboard! Loved the corksicle glasses so much that we will buy a few for home now. The entire building is well kept and clean. Nice to park in a covered area so that our car wasn’t as hot.
