The home is part of a newer three-unit beachfront building and sits adjacent to a recently upgraded oceanfront city park. Positioned closest to the ocean, Pelican Perch spans three stories and offers enhanced views from nearly every level. Everything was great, Natasja could not have been better. She worked with us on changes, and was so helpful. The unit was very nice, next to the beach, and you can see Flagler from the driveway, so close. We will book here again. Best place we have stayed in New Smyrna.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and well stocked with great views of the beach. New Smyrna Beach is a nice town to visit and is a good jumping off point for Orlando, St. Augustine and Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommended!

The house was conveniently located near the beach and Flagler Ave. The check in process was super easy. House was well appointed. Rooms were lovely. Lots of beach toys, chairs and boards available to use. Plenty of parking, too.

We stayed at the property whilst on business and it made a perfect location. The property was immaculate inside and out and the owners were very responsive and super helpful. Perfect spot for adults and teens

I have rented several properties in NSB over the years and this is by far my favorite! Beautiful view, can’t beat the location (can walk to beach and Flagler Ave) and the layout is perfect for adults and teens. Not ideal for families with younger children or people who aren’t good with stairs.
