Welcome to Ponce de Leon Towers! This lovely 2/2 condo is the perfect spot for your next getaway! Located just a block from 7-Eleven and Restaurants including Chase's, SoNapa Grille and Izzy's Island Tacos, 1.5 miles from Publix, and 2.5 miles to the "restaurant row" of NSB - Flagler Ave! Completely renovated from top to bottom, the high end finishes of this unit are unmatched by beach rentals of the area. This condo can comfortably sleep 6 while keeping you only steps from the Ocean. Come stay with us today!

The stay was very pleasant. The condo was equipped with everything one might need. The only drawback was there is no washer and dryer in the condo, but the washer and dryer was just down the hall which was ok.Your condo is very nice and i wished i had booked longer. Also, everyone on site was very friendly.

Wonderful experience

It was wonderful. Jessica was great to work with and answered questions promptly. Property is very nicely decorated. Well appointed. Building nicely maintained. Other tenants welcoming and friendly. Many activities available, bbq and evening cocktail potluck on alternate weeks. Men have weekly golf outings Looking forward to staying again. Master bedroom mattress a little soft but got used to it. Master bathroom sink water pressure low-worked through that also Definitely 5 star property. Almost everything we needed to totally enjoy our time there!!

Great place and great location. Love to go back some day. Did stay for 2021 and 2022. Only regret is host advised us 18 days into stay that we could not renew for 2023 there by losing 18 days to find a replacement host/location. Otherwise they were good host for the two years we rented.

Great condo! Jessica is very helpful and responded very quickly to my questions. The location is awesome and the pool is on the sunny side of the building and shielded from the beach wind, so it is usable most days. (We stayed in February.) This is our 2nd time to stay, and we would love to come back.

Fun time aplenty..

This property had everything that could be needed, ie kitchen items, beach items, very roomy, pool spot on and host were super people. Lone exception it was located on drive-on beach and on weekends they piled on. No ocean view but can still hear the tide change and wave noise. Do recommend.

Nice location

Nice and quiet. Having the park so close was perfect for having a toddler with us. Place was as advertised and very nice. Only downside was the condo had no turned the pool heater on and was very chilly but that’s no knock on the stay overall.

Great condo in a superb location!

Our family always enjoys staying at this particular condo. It’s renovated and well-appointed. The location is great since it’s close to restaurants on and off the beach. The pool is very nice offering both shade & sunny areas with comfy chairs and loungers.

Spring Break 2019

We really enjoyed the condo during our kids spring break the first week of April, and loved the location right on the beach and the heated pool. Owner was pleasant to deal with and responsive. Plenty of space for our family of 6 with 4 kids under13, and the condo, beach and town were not overly crowded like places on the Gulf are this same week. VRBO messed up and allowed us to book starting on 3/31 but that date actually wasn't available. The owner contacted me right away, and while not ideal, we moved the stay back a day. Not enough TP so had to buy more. Cars are allowed to drive and park on this section of the beach. If we come back to NSB, we'd definitely try to stay at this condo again.
