The open layout welcomes you with a cozy sectional sofa, electric fireplace, and large smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, blender, and standard coffee maker. Enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for six or grab a quick bite at the kitchen counter. Just beyond the sunroom, sliders open to a private backyard oasis featuring a sparkling seasonally heated pool, paved pool deck, outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, outdoor seating, and outdoor speakers for music by the pool.

The main bedroom offers a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third has two twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. The guest bathroom features a combination tub and shower. Additional amenities include WiFi, streaming services (no cable), books, board games, and all your beach day needs such as chairs, towels, umbrella, boogie boards, toys, cooler, and a cart to help carry everything to the sand. A full size washer and dryer is also provided.

Please note, this home does not have cable TV. Streaming services are available using your own login. The garage and any items located inside the garage are not available for guest use. All pool and beach equipment can be found in the storage shed located by the pool for your convenience.
