Room temperature was set at 11 degrees Celsius and in spite of all our efforts we could not change it, or stop the air conditioning (not even the strength of the fan). We were also not informed about breakfast at checkin and it seems this could be ordered on the go (we had to leave at 5am), We were not informed that we run the risk of the shuttle to airport being full prior to our trip- it is false advertising to say shuttle is available - we had to take a taxi at a $35 cost

The room was disgusting! To start, there was only 1 washcloth placed in the room when there were 2 beds leaning 2 guests! I requested an extra washcloth. They brought hand towels & bath towels, no washcloth! They told me laundry was being done and they would bring one when it was ready. I just checked out and still no washcloth. Upon getting in the bed, I discovered dried blood on the spread and sheet. I immediately called front desk and took pictures. I was brought clean bed linen and had to change myself. This was absolutely unacceptable! I did speak to the manager this morning, who worked with me to make the situation right as best he could. But this will be my first & last stay at this location. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting.

The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were excellent. The room was tiny but spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated and clean. The only issue was breakfast; it was so crowded, and only one staff member was managing to clean the tables, restock items on the line, and make waffles for everyone. She was clearly overwhelmed and snapped a few times at people trying to grab items as she was trying to restock the area. I would suggest some additional help for this lady. The waffle line was extremely long because she also had to make each waffle. Overall I will return
