First, the window in the room was open, and the moment I walked in, there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. There was no heating in the room either. I called the front desk and someone came to check it once, but the issue was not resolved. Eventually, I was moved to another room, which took a long time and caused a lot of unnecessary hassle and wasted a significant amount of my time. Second, the hotel description stated that parking was included, but when I arrived, there were absolutely no parking spaces available. As a result, I had to park overnight at a nearby parking garage and pay an additional $22 out of pocket. Overall, this was a very disappointing and frustrating stay.

Room wasn’t cleaned on check in, you have to go all the way to the lobby/front desk to use microwave and get water. Hotel didn’t have a luggage trolly cart to move bags in and out of the room - it was just a disaster! And there’s weed smell all over the walkway

I dint stay. The only reason i chose the hotel was for the parking and it was close to work. Once I checked in, i moved my car to go park and there was no parking. I go back to the front desk and was told the parking is limited, i said that should of been on the website, and first come first serve. So I had to leave the hotel and drive all the way home in the snow storm and miss work the next day. These hotel should be honest about the amenities. Most people book hotels based on what they provide. Mines was free parking.

I booked my room from in the afternoon. I even went to check in and went for something and came back.when i got my card and went in the room was not cleaned.I went back to the receptionist and got another room without an apology. The other room was ok but no remote. I was just tired of the nonsense.I could have booked one more day but didnt bother.

I never imagined being someone who would feel compelled to write a review like this, but I truly wish someone had warned me. Hopefully this helps someone else avoid the experience my husband and I had. For a hotel that is only three months old, it honestly should not be allowing guests to book rooms in this condition, let alone sleep in them. I would have gotten better rest on the Metro-North. Our first room was unacceptable. There were sticky stains on the walls, watermarks on the mirror that I am certain were not just water, pieces of crispy chicken skin on the floor, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The desk clerk apologized and moved us to another room. The second room was only marginally better. I found red hair stuck to the shower wall, a dirty towel that had been folded and put back as if it were clean, visible marks on the pillowcase, and to top it off, a clear handprint on the comforter. At that point, I was completely vexed. Instead of resolving the issue properly, they attempted to bring me sheets so I could change the bed myself. That was the final straw. I went back downstairs to speak to a different clerk, feeling sick to my stomach after seeing even more stains on the walls. The floor we were placed on felt like a party zone and smelled strongly like weed. Eventually, we were moved to yet another room on a different floor. I was told I could not speak to a manager until the morning and that I could not receive a refund and have to go through Expedia.

This was very close to where I was visiting. As a new place, I was a bit disappointed. My room the first night was freezing. There is usually a light switch to turn lights on and off within the room but I only found the one at the door. I looked for a washcloth in the bathroom and couldn’t find one. There wasn’t enough lighting in the room. I would have liked to have a cup of cofffee available. The structure was very nice but the amenities could use an upgrade.

The entire floor smelled of marijuana upon arrival and the smell came into the room. Towels were very dingy. Top security lock was broken. Second day asked for room to be serviced with new linen and towels in my way out in the morning before 9am. Returned at 6 pm went to my room, keycard is not working. Back downstairs to the front desk to have card fixed. Asked about my room being cleaned. They were too busy. Call her in 30 minutes. Called back and asked for at least clean towels. They said they’re bringing them up. Nothing. One solitary hanger for your clothes. No microwave in room, there is a mini fridge. One community microwave next to the front desk. Would never stay there again or recommend.
