The room was not bad at all. However the pricing changed when I booked it from 161 to 261, which was disappointing and frustrating. I will not book again through Expedia.

Staff was non existent , front desk guy was pleasant and courteous but offered no help in directions. Elevator was constantly broken had to drag bags upstairs , no real amenities in room, fridge never really got cold, spotty WiFi, room was dirty even found a contact lens sticking to wall next to toilet, one tiny microwave in lobby for everyone to share, area was not great I didn’t feel completely unsafe but not really safe either as anyone could walk in and right upstairs. Pretty sure in more of a “no tell hotel.”

The room was amazing!!! Clean, spacious and the tv was huge!!! All apps available for free I may add. The bathroom accommodations was exceptional, no none bend but Dove shampoo and conditioner. Can we talk about the hot water?? AMAZINGGGGGG 10/10 definitely will be going back.

Yes as I stated in my email this morning I was very unprofessional and violated several public health codes that I don't need to list at the moment but I also ask the staff to notify the authorities or I wanted a refund immediately I was scheduled to attend my grandmothers funeral so I couldn't stay on the property to see things through, but with this second message I hope management understands the seriousness of the matter.
