My room was not properly cleaned. One of the days the house keeper did not leave towels and when I called for towels the wash cloths were like they were from someone’s home. Very cheap and had spots on them and the towels had hair. I was very disappointed this trip. This was the second time I stayed and if the first time was like this I would have never gone back.

Staff really nice, getting around New York was easy and accessible as subway was 2-3 mins walk good shopping and restaurants in the area.

Good property and would stay here again. Traveling with family of 4, room wasn’t quite ready on arrival but only had to wait an hour or so. Room was on the smallish side but clean and beds were comfortable. Kory at the bar was great! Easy walk to the 125th St subway station to get downtown. Good location with some fast food restaurants nearby.

During the four days we stayed at that hotel, no one came to clean the room. We tried to request clean towels, and every time I called they put me on hold. I had clean towels once before leaving.

I stayed there because it was convenient to where I needed to go. The room was clean. The only thing I don’t like is the $200 deposit and then they give you a $25 coupon to use per day of stay at their restaurant and everything on the menu is overpriced, so you end up spending more than the $25. $16 for French fries is crazy!

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean, except for a top shelf in the closet. It was dusty, but you had to be tall as I am to see the dust. Also I had to turn of the heat at night as the system is very noisy; a real deterrent to sleep. Ice maker on my floor was empty for two days or out of order. I will still return to the Renaissance again. Great Location
