We had clean room, good security. The trattoria restaurant was excellent. The breakfast at Tic Tok restaurant were big. Please notice the Hotel, our room get cold to soon, the cold filtered inside the room 1984, when the windows were closed. We felt the wind coming inside. We could administrate the temperature of the air conditioner so we did had the possibility of warming the room. We asked for a room with queen bed, but they gave us a full size bed. (we did not complained about it.)

I always like that they have a security team that is consistent in checking that you are a guest there. The convenience of everything is in walking distance. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful in addressing your concerns/ complaints. Overall this is my go to hotel when I come to New York.

The hotel was in agood location for activities. The staff was ok, but the room wasvery small and noisy. We had trouble going to sleep into the early morning hours and the hotel seemed old and not that clean. We appreciated the location, but would not stay there again.

Room with a view.

We stayed here for seven days. Hotel was so central to everything. Just walk out door and tube on hand . 15 min walk to Port Authority buses. Couldnt have asked for more. Hotel was spotless rooms maybe a bit small but ver clean.3 Restaurant's Wow. I would highly recommend this hotel for other travellers. We had two windows in room one looking at Madison sq garden .The other looking on empire state building.
