I often travel on business in a classic car & not being able to park it myself is a deal breaker. During covid I used your car parking myself & do not understand your current policy. Not having your upstairs bar & restaurant open is also an issue especially last night when your downstairs bar was very busy. These issues will direct my future bookings elsewhere.
