The home is thoughtfully designed for easy living. The ground-floor master bedroom features a King bed, en-suite, walk-in robe, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fan, and window shutters for privacy. Two additional bedrooms on the lower ground floor—one with a Queen bed and the other with split singles (or King upon request)—provide a comfortable retreat for guests. Open-plan living and dining areas are welcoming and well-equipped, with a modern kitchen, quality appliances, and smart TV entertainment. A second lounge downstairs adds extra space to relax.



Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a private courtyard ideal for BBQs or a quiet morning coffee. Additional conveniences include an internal laundry, driveway parking (garage not included), Wi-Fi, and Netflix.

There was dog hair everywhere, to the point you could not sit on the couch. There was no free to air channels on the TV, The oven was dirty, only one desert size salad bowl.
