The house is in a location you can’t beat. Walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and many historic sites. Very easy short drive to cliff walk and mansions. Jenny is a good host and quick to respond. Spacious and historically beautiful.

Wedding weekend

We’ve just returned from a three night stay and it could not have been more perfect! Walking distance to everywhere, and 4-6 onsite parking spaces! Well stocked, clean, comfortable, and could easily sleep 10. Lots of spaces to gather inside and out. Communication was fast, although we needed for nothing, and it was easy to check in. Thank you Jen for the perfect place for our family to stay and celebrate our daughter’s wedding.

Loved the home and location. 3 families with 3 kids and we all were very comfortable. The 3 full bathrooms helped to give us all our own space. The historic home was beautifully renovated and had all the comforts of home. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys and umbrella. So many great restaurants and shops within a few blocks. We will be back!

Awesome home with great location

My family stayed here for a wedding in Newport. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and plenty of space. The on-site parking was a bonus - we managed to fit 5 cars. The central location can’t be beat. Jennifer, the property host, was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Loved the location! The family room and kitchen area were open to each other which made for a great experience for our family. The 3 bathrooms had beautiful tile and were very well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable.Only drawback was the bedding and the kitchen frying pans. The frying pans, the pillows and bedspreads could use some updating.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the house—it was spotless and perfectly located. Newport is such a charming town with an abundance of unique shops, delightful restaurants, and rich history to explore. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

It was a good location in Newport, our oldest had rented this property a few years ago and she noted that it may not have been maintained in the condition from summer 2021. Also seemed a little unprepared for our arrival.

Nephew’s wedding

The property could not have been better as a place for our family to gather for a wedding. It was centrally located for easy walking, while the parking was a godsend when we needed to drive. The first floor is a great common space, while there are lots of bedroom options upstairs. Only disappointment was that the double bed mattress in the northeast 2nd floor bedroom sagged into the middle more than even the happily married couple wanted it to. Might be worth considering replacing it. Otherwise a great base for our time in Newport - many thanks!

Great location

The house was great with lots of space. We stayed with our daughter, her boyfriend and his family. Our daughter got engaged on this trip and we spent the week celebrating. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and lots of space in the living area for everyone. Walking distance to almost everything.

We enjoyed 11 Clarke so much! Great location, plenty of space to spread out, nice combo of modern downstairs and historic upstairs. The property manager was quick to respond and helpful. Would be so happy to stay here again!

Great location!

My group of 9 loved our stay in Newport. The location cannot be beat and we didn't have to use our cars at all once we arrived. There was plenty of space, air conditioning worked well, and the outdoor area was a nice bonus. Jenny was responsive and flexible in our communications with her.

This house is amazing in many ways. Location is walking distance to the Wharf and the heartbeat of Newport. The timeless charm gives a great snapshot of Newport living. Great family place

My multi-generational family stayed to celebrate a graduation. The house was comfortable, easily accommodated us all and couldn't have been more centrally located for downtown Newport. The house was well-equipped (but bring soap and shampoo) and the owner communicated effectively. Great family place!
