Clean comfy! Park at our central location, walk to attractions, harbor, dining.

2 bedrom tastefully furnished living space adjoined to our home is clean and comfortable. You will have your own private entrance. Quiet neighborhood conveniently located just 1 block from Bellevue Ave., you will be in walking distance to Cliff Walk, beach, dining, shopping, and harbor front. We are a stone's throw from The International Tennis Hall of Fame and less than a mile from most of the mansions. This lovely apartment includes washer and dryer, has two bedrooms (1 queen bed and 1 full with adjustable base), 1 bathroom, living room, and kitchenette equipped with all conveniences. Bathroom shower is newly redone with glass doors and detachable shower head. Off street parking for one car is provided and three air conditioners will keep you comfortable. It is a second and third floor area but easily accessible with electric stair chair. The yard is available with table, chairs, and small charcoal grill. And, we have a lovely small fishpond with koi! Our visitors have been giving us high marks for the great location plus overall cleanliness and comfort of our property. Please check us out!

Everything about our stay was excellent! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable and had all you need- down to the q tips, comfy clean sheets and towels and well equipped kitchen ! We stayed for four nights and would feel comfortable staying for a much longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. Barbara was a wonderful host. Even with extremely wet weather we had for a portion of our stay, the home was comfortable enough to enjoy every moment of our vacation. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Great property, and close to everything we needed to get to. Great kitchen, never have seen so many items in a kitchen in any rental period. As close to home as it gets. Rental was spotless, beds comfortable, linens and bath towels and cloths very nice. Could not ask for a better place and better host. We will be back for sure.

Great location, pleasant stay, clean, kitchen great.Beds firm. Walkable lovely town. Mansions were great, we enjoyed the tea house. Restaurants very good. Grocery store very close. Great host.Ps. There were two sets of stairs but we were able to use the stair lift, as we had a leg injury. Very convenient, very great full.

Barbara was a lovely host. She is kind, polite, and welcoming. She took time to meet our kids, let us use the backyard swingset, and had fresh cut flowers waiting in a vase for us upon arrival. The home itself is gorgeous, clean, and filled with every amenity a family of four will need. We are already planning a return trip to Barb’s house!!

This above garage apartment was delightful. It was very clean, comfortable and roomy. There are two sets of stairs -one to level with large kitchen and living area and one to the level with two bedrooms and bath. The stairs are equipped with stairway chairs and they were very useful in getting the suitcase up. There is a grocery at the end of the street. It's a nice area to walk or run. There are so many things to do in Newport you will enjoy exploring.

Lovely!

This property is in an excellent location - easily walkable to everything you go to Newport for - the mansions, the food! Bonus that there is a grocery store directly across the street which worked out great for last minute needed items as well as getting breakfast foods to have at the house before we started our outings. The space is roomy and it was so clean! Lots of great little extras - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, tissue boxes in every room, beach towels and shopping bags - that didn't leave us wanting or needing anything. Felt a lot like home! Thanks, Barbara!

Wonderful stay!

Great location, very clean, and very quiet. Wonderful location for a relaxing vacation to explore Newport. The Cliff Walk and Mansions are walkable. The Tennis Hall of Fame with its grass courts just seconds away is a great area to relax and watch tennis. The grocery store is also next door which is ideal. Just a great place to stay!

Immaculately clean, thoughtful, Handicap difficult

We thoroughly enjoyed the area. Access to Cliff walk and town good. To get to the living room and kitchen there are 15 steps. Then another 12 to reach bedrooms and bathroom. We are well below the weight limit for the stair lift and it just didn’t budge. Fortunately we were able to walk along with it as it took approximately 100 pounds of luggage up and down. We did struggle with steps but otherwise enjoyed our visit to the area.

We had an amazing time at Barbara’s property. It’s in a fantastic location, very walkable from lots of sights in Newport. It’s got a big supermarket less than two minutes walk away. We loved playing in her private yard, and how quiet the area was. The property was ideal for what we needed as well, plenty of space even with two small children. Thank you Barbara!

Charming apartment with lovely decor.

5 night stay to enjoy the Mansions, beaches and restaurants. Found everything we needed including a well equipped kitchen, 2 lovely bedrooms and comfortable living area.Host was very attentive. Great location. Would definitely recommend.
