Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances. Large lovely living room with gas fireplace. Separate family room and a separate games room fully stocked with games and puzzles for kids of all ages.
Great covered wrap-around porch for watching the sunset . New barbecue. House has central air, central heat, full size washer and dryer. Towels and linens provided.
Property features 165 acres of carolinian forest and farmland with lots of trails to be explored. Great hiking/biking, bird watching right on on property as well as extensive public trails nearby.
Parking for unlimited cars as well as outbuildings for toy storage. (Kayaks, bikes, fishing etc.) Outdoor firepit.
Private inground pool on property.
Many tourist activities nearby, including ziplining, axe throwing, kayak rentals, wineries, breweries, mountain biking dining, shopping, seadoo rentals, fishing, marinas, public boat launches, and the Long Point bird bird observatory is just around the corner!
