North Bend Escapes Downtown Cottage and Suite - 2 Hot Tubs, Steps to Downtown

Location
North Bend Downtown Cottage and Suite are located on E Park Street in downtown North Bend. From the cottage, there is a great view of Mount Si from the deck, yard, and kitchen window. The Suite is right next door and has a private fenced in back yard. We unlock the gate in back between the Suite and Cottage for guests who have rented both. Downtown is a short few blocks walk. Out back is a brand new deck with private hot tub. The cottage has been totally updated to present a modern getaway in a classic Pacific Northwest setting. Easy access to all that North Bend has to offer: hiking, biking, Snoqualmie Valley Railway, Snoqualmie Casino, Dirt Fish Driving School, Compass Mountain Bike Tours, outlet mall, breweries, wineries, restaurants, Golf, Skiing, River Rafting, Fishing, movie theater, etc.

The space
North Bend Downtown Cottage is a one story cottage with 1130 square feet of living space. You will have 2 bedrooms, a full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant dining and living area. Outside on the back deck is your private hot tub e. All the furniture, appliances and supplies are brand new and selected for your comfort and enjoyment in modern style. There is a fenced front and side yard in front of the cottage. The private attached mother in law suite is 350 square feet and has a separate entrance. The front and back yards are separated by a fence with a gate. Private deck with spa and BBQ are right out the back door. Small space washer and dryer is available in out building.

Kitchen
Two fully equipped kitchens, one full size in the cottage and one mini size in the suite. Fridge, microwave, oven, and small appliances in both units. The cottage has a gas cooktop and dishwasher. Kitchen small appliances include toaster oven, pop up toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender. Dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, cups, glasses and wine glasses, all types pots and pans.

Living and Dining Area
Cottage has a Dining table with chairs which seats 6. We can bring in a second table and chairs if needed so your entire group can eat together. The suite has a small glass dining table with chairs which will seat 4. There are 3 TVs in the cottage and one in the suite. There are two X-box One video game sets. The cottage has a pull-out couch, loveseat, and coffee table.

Bedrooms
In the cottage are 2 bedrooms, a full bath, TV in each bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and the front bedroom has a queen. The studio suite has a queen bed. The living room in the Cottage has a pull out couch. There are enough air and floor mattresses so that a total of 11 guests can be accommodated.

Bathrooms
You have two full baths - one in the Suite and one in the Cottage. There is also an outdoor shower next to the hot tub on the deck in back of the cottage.

2 Deck with Private Hot Tub
One for the Cottage and one for the Suite. Both have seating and outdoor furniture for dining and gathering outside.

Entertainment
A few basic Xfinity HD cable tv channels. Access to your Netflix, Hulu, Xfinity on Demand, etc. Internet Wifi is fast--no problem gaming or watching streaming movies. TV is Samsung. We provide classic board games and an X-box. Bars, movie theater, restaurants and shopping are walking distance. We have lived in North Bend for 25 years and provide a suggestion guide book.

Guest Access
Door is keyless entry. Park on Ballarat street next to the fence in front of the cottage or in the back driveway by the garage. Enter through the welcome gate and come in via the front entrance.
