Monday night I called front desk because rooms were not cleaned( 3rd night) and trash was very full and the lady working that night at the front desk yelled at me and told me to bring my own trash downstairs and they only clean after the 3rd day. Bad customer service. Shower curtains had mold and i have pictures. Pool was dirty it had like white stuff on water. I would never stay here again.

I had a very disappointing experience during my 3-night stay at this hotel. The first room I was given smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unpleasant. I asked to be moved, but even in the second room, I felt itchy every time I slept—raising serious concerns about cleanliness or possible bed bugs. I had requested room cleaning well ahead of time, but no one ever came to clean during my entire stay. On top of that, there was visible mold in the bathroom, which is both unsanitary and a health hazard. When I brought up these issues, the only thing the hotel refunded was my deposit. I was not offered any kind of compensation for the extremely poor conditions I experienced.

We dropped our luggage at 10:45. Our room wasn't ready, so we went on a don't through pipe place market. We got back at 4:30 and our room still was not ready. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We did not get into our room until nearly 530.

The shuttle service was just the cherry on top of the sundae! My experience here was a 10/10 clean rooms comfy beds and the breakfast buffet had so many options to choose from!

Was very disappointed that the indoor pool and hot tub was advertise because it was a big part of our choosing this property, only for it to be closed. A little pricey for the quality of the room, but the breakfast was good and beds were comfortable
