One of the ladies that works in the omelet station is very rude. We stayed four nights and the first time we had omelets she said where is your card? I said I’m sorry I forgot it. She said make sure you bring it tomorrow. I thought to myself I won’t be over here tomorrow because you are so RUDE!!! I saw her over there every morning. I don’t think she should be working in customer service. If she’s that miserable she needs to find a new job.

I found clothes from previous guests in drawers. The shower didn’t work and they did nothing about it but kept the incidental fee although it was already that way when we got there. Breakfast are was always overcrowded with limited seating, you either had to take breakfast back up to the room or wait around until someone was done. Many families ate standing. Setup of breakfast was spread throughout the area as well, not organized at all.

I was told y the one your front desk clerk my parking was free when I had asked on check in day but I was charge. Also, the beds, should update to queens instead of full size. sheets need to be replace news one they are. Also, pillows need to replace because they are very old and soft . The carpet need to be vacuum good. Thanks
