Property offered a lot of helpful amenities for individuals flying out of SeaTac, like a grab and go breakfast starting at 3 am. The parking was a bit limited and the lot could benefit from placing designated smoking areas a bit further from the entrance as people were sort of just all over the parking lot and on the sidewalks as we walked up. The room was very clean and while the facility was a bit dated, it was clear that they desired to keep things neat and functioning well.

A nice hotel. It’s in an industrial area with limited choices for dining or entertainment. You need a car. However the staff is amazing. The manager is very engaging, very informative and great customer service.

Staff was incredible helping us navigate around town, tram was very close and staff made it easy to understand so it make it very easy to get into downtown Seattle without a vehicle. Able to check into the room and leave our bags when we arrived incredibly early after leaving the cruise ship, we were hoping just to drop off bags but able to relax a bit int he room before heading out. Breakfast had tons of variety, very clean and well kept, available very, very early, I think it was like 4 or 5am until 10am. Bed was extremely comfortable, hot tub was hot and hotel in very good condition. Thank you!!!

We were looking for a place to stay before going to the airport the following day. This place was perfect. The room was large and comfortable for a family of three. The breakfast was tasty and the gym had most of the equipment that one would want.
