All staff and room and breakfast great BUT when jacuzzi isn't working you should advise your guest upon check in we planned our entire day around the nice relaxing jacuzzi and my husband n I were greatly disappointed and the main reason we always book with you when we pass thru Seattle. loved the pool but oh so bad was looking forward to the jacuzzi. Thank you for everything

When checking in the hotel should give the guests space. Everyone was crowding everyone while checking in. I think the breakfast should be served till 10a.m for families that travel and need extra sleep. There should be more garbage cans for cleanliness.

The room was extremely outdated and did not match photos shown when booking. There was a terrible smell in the room that lingered the entire stay and traveled in our hair and clothing the next day. We had a 4am wake up and hear people running in the halls all night long. The air in the room did work, and when we picked up the phone to contact the desk..surprise! That didn’t work either. We checked in late so by this time we sucked it up and tried getting some sleep for our early flight. NEVER will we ever stay here again.

Good price. Hot pot in the rooms. Accessible shower. Plenty of hot water. Water pressure could be better. Plenty of room to use a wheelchair or scooter. Plentiful outlets for battery charge and USB devices. Quick and helpful airport transport. Iron and board in room. Shampoo, shower gel and conditioner in shower. Hand lotion by the sink. I'll stay here again.
