Staff at desk was warm and friendly. Room was very big and clean. Hot water and good beds. Water park was pretty cool. Two slides were nice. No real pool of water slides are open but then the pool is only 3 feet deep and not that big. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was good and nice clean eating area. Would stay again.

Almost got a 5 star. Excellent hotel, just need a little appropriate communication training for some of the staff. Avoid talking to Barbara, a staff at the restaurant, if you don't like people telling you that you or others you know that they dont 'sound American enough'.

Friendly service and amenities; Great clean hotel!

Fun hotel with the water park inside of it. Free breakfast was a nice selection, everything was nice and clean. The staff had to link 2 reservations for me and even when packed they figured out a way to get it one. They even found me on their own during the breakfast rush to let me know they were able to figure it out. I was impressed that even after only talking with for a few minutes the night before, that morning I was recognized. It was also impressive that someone (I forgot her name unfortunately) was working the night before, slept there, and also did a morning shift. AND took the time to notice me and inform me that they were able to accommodate my request. For the service and amenities, I'll definitely be back.
