Open and bright with lots of natural light! This 4 story townhouse-condo in the Mt. Washington Valley comfortably sleeps a bunch. Enjoy endless year-round near-by activities to suit everyone, and then come back home to relax, enjoy the outdoor pool, walk to shops and restaurants in North Conway, go see a movie, or make a home cooked meal. With an open floor-plan with plenty of private space to spread out for quiet time, this place is perfect for a large family, multiple families, or a group of friends. You are minutes to hiking trails, skiing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, kayaking, fly fishing, shopping, Storyland, and lots more. The townhome is near the center of town, but settled back in a quiet, wooded lot with mountain views over the trees. There is an open porch to enjoy the views as well as a screened-in porch. There are two dedicated parking spaces right outside the front door and plenty of additional overflow parking.

Our vacation home is fully furnished with bed linens, towels, dishes, pots/pans, and a washer/dryer. There are 4 bedrooms with beds to sleep 10-12, and additional space for inflatable beds and sleeping bags. One queen inflatable bed and one twin inflatable bed are also provided. There are a total of 4 smart TVs (where you can login with your own stream TV services), and a PS2. There is excellent bandwidth WiFi Internet throughout the unit so from your personal devices you can access your own Netflix, HBO2Go, Amazon Prime, and other streaming accounts. There are three living room areas: the combination first floor living and dining room with a TV, a second-floor open loft with couches and a TV, and the basement with couches and room to spread out . We are continually updating the property and adding features. We love our easy-style living unit ourselves, and know you will too.

4 Bedrooms:
1. Bedroom 1st floor: 4 twin beds (configured as one bunk and 2 individual twin beds; can be 2 sets of bunks if you ask in advance.)
2. Bedroom 2nd floor: plush King bed (brand new!), Master bedroom with TV and an en suite bathroom
3. Bedroom – open loft 3rd floor (spiral staircase access): two Double/full beds
4. Bedroom – basement: plush Queen bed (brand new!) with a TV

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, one on 1st floor, and one on 2nd floor

Important notes:
* Our property is smoke-free!
* Pets are allowed with preapproval.
* The responsible renter must be 25 years or older to rent the townhome.
* At this time, we have discontinued allowing the use of the wood fireplace. This will be updated if we replace it with a gas fireplace.

• 15 minutes to Storyland
• Minutes to Cranmore, Attitash, Wild Cat, and King Pine mountains offering day and night skiing, year-round tubing, mountain coasters, adventure parks, ziplines, and more.
• 45 minutes to Bretton Woods resort
• Fly-fishing and Kayaking/canoeing in the clear Saco river (seasonal)
• Lots of hiking (multiple skill-levels), climbing, and mountain biking in the White Mountains National Forest, Crawford Notch State Park, Green Hills Preserve, etc.
• Go walk around the old Redstone Quarry area
• Get to Snowmobile or mountain bike trails through the back of the complex
• Lots of restaurants and shopping

We had a great family weekend! Home is very spacious, lots of amenities, fully stocked kitchen with lots of pots, pans, cooking utensils,etc., which allowed our party of 8 to enjoy morning breakfast and dinners all together! I highly recommend this rental to anyone, we enjoyed it so much!

Great location about 2 mile from North Conway center, very clean pool you need to bring chairs, the house is huge and can comfortably accommodate a large family. Very clean and has everything you need. We had 4 adults and a Shiba, she loved the porch. Outdoor areas were great to have but would benefit from a little update. Lorna was accommodating and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend the property.

Spacious, Clean, Excellent Location

The townhome is spacious and clean. While not “fancy” it is decorated nicely and there are plenty of kitchen items. Grocery stores are nearby as well. The water pressure and temperature was spot on. There is easy access to restaurants and shopping. Can walk to a Dunkin’ fairly easily. There is a huge book of pamphlets and info on places to visit.The owner responds to questions and sends lots of information via email before the trip. It was a fun week and nice to have this place to go “home” to at the end of a busy day.

White Mountain Vacation

This property is equipped with everything you may need! The home is spacious, clean, and perfect for larger groups or multiple families. Lorna, is an excellent host. She was easily reached, and very helpful with the few questions that I had. We were centrally located to downtown, outlets, hiking trails, and the Kancamagus Highway. Will definitely rent with her again. We had a marvelous stay!!

Great stay!

The stay was wonderful. This was a large condo that accomodated our group which included a baby, two kids, parents, aunts, and grandparents. It worked well for all ages. It was very well stocked with supplies including toilet paper, paper towels, and bath towels. Instructions were very detailed and helpful. The owner responded very quickly whenever i reached out. What a wonderful area close to downtown North Conway and Storyland.

Great Spot for Adult Group/Older Kids

Overall, this place was great. The location is perfect and there is plenty of space to spread out. It came very well equipped as well-hand soap, paper towels, etc. The only call out is that the 4th bedroom with 2 full beds is in the loft, which is only accessible by a very narrow spiral staircase. This proved to be too tricky for both the younger kids as well as my 65 year old mother. The stairs in the place overall are pretty narrow as well-just something to keep in mind for little kids or older adults. But we had a great stay!

Perfect spot

This place was great for our New Years Eve weekend getaway. It was also my wife’s 30th so we had a mix of family and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. It is in a great location close to the outlets, skiing and great restaurants. Lorna was also great when we got to the condo it was roughly negative 15 out and she was awesome about warming the condo up ASAP which was great since we had a baby with us. We also lost power the next day and great helping us solve that as well. Highly recommend it.

Large, accommodating house

We went as a group, 4 generations of family stayed. Everyone had a wonderful time. House is quite large with different sleeping levels. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils. We all enjoyed sitting out on the deck and inside the screened porch. Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful benefit! Location is close to town, so we didnt get stuck in the traffic. Hannaford market was only a couple of minutes away. Lorna, the owner, was quick to respond to any questions.

Relaxing and enjoying the fall scenery in North Conway NH

Getting in to the townhouse can be a bit challenging .We managed .Any issues you might have can be easily be resolved with speaking with Lorna the pleasant property owner. Also vrbo staff text you upon your arrival or email you and also are prepared to give any assistance you might need. The townhouse was as pictured .The townhouse is roomy clean with a game room .The location is near many nice hiking spots. Catheradal Ridge Diana's Baths and Sabbaday Falls to name a few .Also close to quaint shops and the famous store Zebs. The pros and the cons. First the pros. You can bring your dog. convenient yard and woods for a walk. You can set up croquet in the yard adjacent to the condo. Very well located in the center of north Conway in a very nice, developed group of condos. Great for ski enthusiasts and shoppers. this condo is the end unit in a building of 5 units. there are 3 buildings in all. Luckily there were very few occupants during our visit. The unit was very clean everything worked as promised, well supplied kitchen, bath, bedrooms. Good quality air mattress that we used. Spacious design. We did not feel crowded. The Cons: There is a Home Depot directly behind the condo that is hidden well by trees but noisy at night with trucking delivery. The bedroom mattress in the bottom floor needs to be replaced. The kitchen was tight for our family of 8 although well supplied. The parking is somewhat inconvenient.

Central Location, Clean Property

In short, this place is a one of the more solid vacation rentals I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. Things are very clean, including the linens, which is always a challenge. Some aspects of the property are well loved, but still clean and cared for. Also, this place is HUGE. Tons of space. Though we had a smaller group, I could easily imagine using this as a central location for winter activities with a large group. Lots of amenities at the property itself, including stuffed animals and games. Plus the location is right in the heart of North Conway and the shopping areas, so you have good access. Highly recommend.

Wedding Weekend

We stayed at this property as an alternative to a hotel wedding block. Lorna's house was the perfect location to walk to the shuttles that the wedding had staged at the Marriott down the street. While it was hot due to an unexpected heatwave, the rooms were cool in the evening. Everything was as promised and we would happily stay at Lorna's property again!
