I booked this trip for a surprise wedding anniversary. I called to let them know I had a service dog only to be told that they will be cancelling my reservation. The property management company that oversees this property and many others is called evolve. Their reasoning for cancelling my reservation is because there was not enough time to clean and get the property ready for visitors. I was told there are a certain number of days in advance they needed to have which these dates and information are not listed on the hotels app. I have never had this happen to me and I travel a lot for work and pleasure. On top of this because they cancelled my trip I now have to wait for the money to be refunded back on my credit card which takes time. After this reservation was cancelled I booked another property which I found out after the fact was managed by evolve as well only to have the second reservation cancelled for the same exact reason. I booked both trips with more than 24 hours notice to be told they can't clean or set up the property. I had to ask for my reservation cancellation to be emailed to me. If I did not call I would have not known the trip was cancelled until I drove 5 hours to the place I booked. I told them I will never book an other stay with any property managed by evolve because of their own negligence and poor business practices. I was left to scramble to find a comparable place to vacation. What a nightmare.
