This is a professionally managed vacation rental. It is our utmost aim to provide you with the best experience from start to finish and even beyond your stay with us.
There is a video surveillance camera that is in the front of the house that faces the driveway and in the main entryway to the left of the garage. You need to be 25 or over to book this property. We allow up to 2 well-behaved dogs (remember to add them to the reservation) - please do not leave them for long periods and clean up after them. Walking distance to Cranmore Mtn and North Conway village - under half a mile each way. Please remove your shoes upon entry and store ski equipment downstairs. Grill is provided between May and November and propane is provided during that time. Firewood is not provided for the indoor fireplace.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and we do charge $25 per hour for this service. Must be 25+ to book. No parties/events or smoking allowed. Quiet hours: 10pmâ8am. Parking for 4 cars only. Up to 2 pets allowed; if bringing one, add them to your reservation; a $50 pet fee applies. Grill & propane available from May 1 to October 31.
